BUFFALO, NY AIRCRAFT CRASH INQUIRY

This is an independent research inquiry into the conditions in and around the Dash-8 aircraft crash site near Buffalo, NY on Thursday, February 12, 2009.

Please understand this is a non-governmental inquiry and cooperation is completely voluntary.

This study is not funded by the airlines, by families of the victims or their attorneys.

Please send me an e-mail if you witnessed any of the following:

---Unusual events surrounding the crash - before, during or after. Anything at all.

---Seizures - Did you or anyone you know experience a seizure about the time of the crash?

---Animal Behavior - Aberrant behavior in usually mild-mannered animals

---Electrical - Did your lights burn out about this time? Would your car not start? Did your appliance heat up even to the point of starting a fire?

---Mechanical - Did your machine experience difficulties when it rarely has problems - this would include hydraulic machinery.

---Atmospheric - Did you witness unusual meteorological conditions or lightning or strange lights? Did you get a strong electrostatic shock when walking around your home or office? Did you notice unusual winds?

Please include details about your experience - including the day of the week, the date & exact time. Distance from the crash site would be helpful.

Please include at least your first name so your story is not duplicated. If that's not possible, please share your observations anyway without your name.

Also, please include permission for me to use the information in talks, press releases, this website and other forms of media.

Your privacy will definitely be protected and your observations used only in an anonymous manner.

     Thanks for your help,

     Matt Maddox
